We accept payments from Paypal and Google Wallet (formerly Google Checkout) customers. iPhone4Parts ships all parts from the USA to most countries worldwide. Domestic orders shipped to the United States of America and its territories are offered a free Standard Shipping option.
iPhone4Parts.com usually takes 1-3 business days to process an order, though in some unique situations may take longer such as during holiday seasons. During that time, iPhone4Parts.com may contact you to verify some information before continuing to process your order.
Orders will not ship until processing has been approved and payments received in full. iPhone4Parts only charges orders when they ship. You will be emailed your order's tracking number as soon as the order ships.
iPhone4Parts.com offers domestic free Standard Shipping on all items sold. Standard Shipping includes delivery by our preferred carrier. Orders are fulfilled in a 'first come, first serve' basis dependent on parts availability. When selecting Standard Shipping, you should expect to receive your order within 5-15 business days after your order is processed.
iPhone4Parts.com also offers domestic Expedited Shipping on all items sold. Expedited Shipping includes delivery by our preferred carrier. Depending on where you are located, you should receive your order within 3-10 business days after your order is processed.
iPhone4Parts.com also offers domestic Front-of-the-Line Shipping on all items sold. Front-of-the-Line Shipping includes delivery by our preferred carrier. Depending on where you are located, you should receive your order within 1-5 business days after your order is processed.
iPhone4Parts.com also offers International Express Shipping to most countries abroad the United States of America. If International Shipping is not selected at checkout, iPhone4Parts.com will provide an invoice to capture the remaining shipping balance and complete the total payment for your order. International orders will not ship until complete payment is collected.
Depending on where you are located outside the USA, you should receive your order within 5-15 business days after your order is processed. This time frame does not include any delays that may occur if your order is held up by customs or postal carrier. All international orders will be shipped via Express Mail International and will provide a tracking number. We cannot ship via any method that does not provide a tracking number.
International Shipping rates are paid to the carrier and non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed or undeliverable addresses that were provided by the customer.
Please note: some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped from abroad. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties. Call your local customs office to find out details about these charges. Customers are responsible for charges incurred if the package is returned to sender.
iPhone4Parts.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions.
All returns must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to initiate the return process. No exchanges will be authorized for any packages returned without an RMA number to iPhone4Parts. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please fill our RMA Request form at http://iphone4parts.com/rma
We will accept returns for refund of unwanted merchandise that is still brand new, has never been installed, and is un-used. The RMA request must be submitted within 30 days from the date the order was received. Damaged or defective merchandise will be handled by our Warranty Policy.
The customer assumes responsibility for products until received at iPhone4Parts.com, shipping via an insurable carrier with tracking number is recommended. Returned merchandise without an RMA number will be refused and any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all merchandise returned for exchange, warranty, refund or repairs. iPhone4Parts.com will cover the shipping costs to send any replacement parts to the customer.
iPhone4Parts.com does not provide reimbursements for additional costs associated with shipping, exchanges, repairs, installations, or time.
